It's frustrating to many newcomers to see all the posts with photos included in the text and have no idea how it's done. We all help each other and any reply explaining how a problem was solved can only be beneficial to all readers. You too could have helped the many lurkers here in your latest post by explaining how you removed the malware rather than simply say it is now gone.

I suspect you installed it on what seems a new Vista computer or Vista install without taking the precaution of installing all the needed safety nets first. You already owned the program and only you could have clicked the 'Install now' button. Your post suggested to me that you installed the Kazaa program based on flawed information when in fact, nothing of the kind took place. Answering questions is great because it allows that person to grow computer wise as well as help someone who has a problem. My point is that many people come here for help and that help is given freely by anyone who feels they have the answer. There was a good cross section of replies, none of which were written with any malicious intent as I feel sure you realise. Michelle, the very fact that I did not comment on that thread gave me the opportunity to comment on your unfair statement about others giving you advice.
